Capcom today announced that Capcom Special Selection: Rockman EXE, a soundtrack focusing on the first Mega Man Battle Network game will be released on September 25th, together with a Rockman Xover soundtrack.
The soundtrack itself contains a number of tracks from Mega Man Battle Network (1), as well as Operate Shooting Star’s rendition of THEME OF ROCKMAN EXE. The latter debuts the game’s music on a physical disc. It will also come with a 32-page, B5-sized artwork book containing unreleased artwork that was not included in the Mega Man Battle Network Official Complete Works.

If you want to get your hands on it, you’re going to have to be crafty, as the soundtrack is only available in Japan through e-CAPCOM. The set itself will be sold for ¥2000; approximately $20.
