Nostalgic Japanese commercials drop for the Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection

Capcom has dropped 2 commercials for the Rockman EXE Advanced Collection. Both are based on the experience of the kids who grew with the series: Manga side and Anime side.

The manga side shows the experience of playing the games alongside reading the manga and the various articles on CoroCoro Comic. The anime side show the experience of playing the games alongside watching the anime and the commercials airing through it. Since many other countries got these media as well, maybe it’s a bit more international than it seems?

Another MegaMan.EXE enters Mega Man X DiVE, and this time it’s a completely brand new form: DiVE Cross MegaMan.EXE! The theme of this form follows the DiVE Armors that were previously given to Mega Man X characters in the game.

This spiffy new look gives him some brand new moves. Starting with his Charge Shot (Dive Buster in Japanese), a straight forward energy blast that can switch modes to shoots 3 Feather-type Energy Rounds that will lock on to enemies and ignore terrain. The feathers seem to be inspired by Cybeast Falzar and even has its iconic battle cry.

DiVE Cross MegaMan is another S rank character that will be available for a limited time. You’ll be able to draw for him in the Taiwanese and Japanese mobile version as well as the Steam release. Players on the international Android/iOS version operated by NebulaJoy will probably have to wait a while longer, though.

Bass XX is going to give ‘em Helz in Rockman X DiVE

Following the original Bass.EXE and Bass GS, a third version of Bass will be arriving to Rockman X DiVE: Bass XX (Double X)! Players will be able to draw the purple version of the Destroyer of the Cyberworld himself starting from November 17th, 4 PM (UTC+8) until November 24th, 4 PM (UTC+8).
