Rockman EXE Treasure Box reprints 2006’s EXE no Subete!

The original cover for Rockman EXE no Subete.

For Rockman EXE’s 20th anniversary, Fukkan.com has announced they’ll be releasing a limited special set called the Rockman EXE Treasure Box -Iwai! 20th Anniversary Tamatebako- (Rejoice! 20th Anniversary Treasure Box).

This set will feature reprints of some old material, including the jam-packed informational 2006 reference book, Rockman EXE no Subete! A welcome reprint as the book has notably multiplied in price in the aftermarket. As well as some new art made just for the 20th anniversary!

More info can be found in the jump.

The set will feature the following items:

  1. A special limited reprint of 2006’s Official Settei Shiryoushuu: Rockman EXE no Subete (Official Reference Material Collection: Everything Rockman EXE).
  2. 12 selected illustrations from 2004-2005’s Rockman EXE 1-5 Postcard collections.
  3. A B5 poster celebrating the 20th anniversary drawn by Ryo Takamisaki (of Mega Man NT Warrior manga fame).
  4. Special Booklet: A new manga drawn by Takamisaki exclusively for this set. At the end, will include the 15th Anniversary Roundtable Discussion with the developers, with brand new content!
  5. A B5 poster celebrating the 20th anniversary drawn by Miho Asada (of Battle Story Rockman EXE manga fame).
  6. “Your smartphone becomes a PET” A PET art sticker for your phone. (The image teased is from a card pass holder that came out a few years ago)
  7. A glorious case to store all the above.

Preorders have been listed on their site for 16500 yen with a Late April 2021 release date. More international friendly online stores have not been announced.

It’s notable that Fukkan is also reprinting the 2016 Shinsoban (New Editions) versions of Takamisaki’s Rockman EXE manga! As of late, volumes 5 and 7 have gone out of stock and has been climbing in price in the aftermarket. The manga reprint set can be found on the same site for 16280 yen.

Fukkan has been responsible in past for various reprints of books. Of note are the EXE and Ryuusei Official Complete Works, and the Shinsoban versions of Battle Story and Takamisaki’s EXE manga.
