Mega Man Star Force 3 is the final game in the Mega Man Star Force series. Going out with a big bang, the game reworks the series' visual presentation, introduces dynamic gameplay mechanics, and brings back Battle Network's Patch Cards as Noise Mod Gear.

The game’s 7 story chapters are denoted by these respective bosses at the end:
