Unlike the Wave Command Cards from SF2,  Noise Cards (ノイズドカード) specifically add abilities to Rockman directly instead of changing the game, obtain items/zenny or convert blank cards into battle cards. Noise Cards are activated in the Rockman Status screen and are entered using the bottom screen with the Noise Card overlayed to show where to press. There are also White Cards (ホワイトカード) which give a preset of 4 cards for use in your folder and Purpose Cards, known as Rezon Cards (レゾンカード) in the japanese version, which add bonuses to Rockman upon Finalizing to Black Ace/Red Joker.
