AirShoes
MegaMan ignores Broken and Hole panels. Forced Movement White: Number Trader (23415891)
UnderShirt
If MegaMan would hit 0 HP, he goes down to 1 instead. Forced Movement White: Start with it
FastGauge
The custom gauge automatically has the FastGauge effect. Custom Gauge Pink: Number Trader
Rush
LinkBattle only; When opponent uses an Invis or Mole chip, takes the chip away and they become paralyzed. Support Yellow: Undernet 6
Beat
LinkBattle only; Opponent's first Mega or Giga Chip gets taken away. Support White: Under Square Shop (10000z)
Tango
LinkBattle only; If MegaMan falls into red outside of a screen dim, he obtains 300HP and a Barrier100. Support Pink: Under Square Shop (10000z)

Humor
In overworld, press L. MegaMan makes jokes. Forced Movement Pink: “Help with rehab” Request BBS Job

In overworld, NPCs treat MegaMan as an evil navi. Forced Movement White: Given by Chaud during the story
BusterMAX
Buster's Attack, Speed, and Charge become 5. Auto Bug: All chips selected are used immediately. Pink: Undernet 6 BugFrag Trader (150BF)
GigaFolder1
1 more GigaChip can be added in the folder. Auto Bug: The panel MegaMan steps off becomes a poison panel. Purple: Undernet 7 BMD (after beating Bass GS)
HubBatch
Effects of SuperArmor, BreakBuster, BreakCharge, Custom1, MegaFolder1, Shield, Shadow Shoes, FloatShoes, UnderShirt, and AirShoes. Auto Bug: MegaMan's HP is halved. Orange: Secret Area 3 BMD on a hidden path
DarkLicense
Chips that need Hole to be used, can be used without it. Auto Bug: Lose one slot in the custom screen. Black: Bug Style LV3

Bugs

Forced Movement Bugs

MegaMan is starts in a certain movement condition and remain that way the entire battle.

  • Level 1: Always move up.
  • Level 2: Always move down.
  • Level 3: Always confused (movements are random).

Battle HP Drop Bugs

  • Level 1-3: MegaMan's HP steadily drops during battle. Speed increases for every level of this bug.

Custom Screen HP Drop Bugs

  • Level 1-3: MegaMan's HP steadily drops in the custom screen. Speed increases for every level of this bug.

Custom Gauge Bugs

  • Level 1-3: The custom gauge automatically has the SlowGauge effect.

Battle Panel Change Bugs

When the battle starts, all normal panels on MegaMan's side becomes a certain type panel.

  • Level 1: Starts with all cracked panels.
  • Level 2-3: Starts with all poison panels.

Raised Encounter Rate Bugs

  • Level 1-3: Viruses appear more frequently in the Net.

Weakened Buster Bugs

The normal buster shot has a chance of failure.

  • Level 1: 1/4 chance of firing blanks.
  • Level 2: 1/2 chance of firing blanks.
  • Level 3: For the first 15 shots, the normal shot becomes Guard.

Support Bugs

If there are more than one Support program in the NaviCust, or if it is bugged, it will not activate.

Modified Shot Bugs

MegaMan's Charge Shot changes.

  • Level 1: Charge Shot summons a Rock Cube one panel ahead.
  • Level 2: Charge Shot shoots a Water Gun one panel ahead (100 damage).
  • Level 3: Charge Shot produces a Flower (does nothing).

Battle Result Bugs

  • Level 1-3: If possible, only Zennies drop from battle.
