Card e-Reader Jobs
In the Japanese version, 10 jobs were only accessible by scanning real life e-Reader cards. As such, it is impossible to get certain items just with Game Pak alone.
- In the Japanese Virtual Console, these jobs can be implemented by accessing the Network menu.
- In the English version, these jobs are implemented in the game by default.
These jobs are:
- JuvenileDiv - FolderPack1 NCP (Yellow)
- Get The Bad Guy - Custom2 NCP (White)
- Find The Virus! - FstGauge *
- PenguinsRanAway - PngnThnk
- Update Help - MegaFolder2 NCP (White)
- DietGood Money - 5000z
- Self Research - SciManul
- OfficialRequest - AreaGrab*, AntiNavi *, AntiRecv *
- An Experiment! - CrcusMan *, JudgeMan *, ElmntMan *
- RoadToSoulBtlr! - SoulEmbl
ProtoMan SP
In order to level up the ProtoMan fight by Lan's house in ACDC, a certain amount of jobs must be completed.
- (JP) All 25 jobs except the Card e-Reader jobs.
- (EN) First 23 jobs on the list must be completed.
In addition, the player must inspect the Request BBS again once the required jobs have been completed. Once this is done, ProtoMan upgrades to SP level.
ProtoMan FZ
Once you reach Master Rank (complete all jobs, including the e-Reader ones), you'll receive a phone call from Chaud. ProtoMan's strongest version, ProtoManFZ (Final Zero Custom) is now fightable in Classroom 6-1.
