These are the Elements in the Mega Man Star Force series. There are 4 Elements (属性), Fire-Aqua-Elec-Wood, these elements have a rock-paper-scissors cycle for their strengths and weaknesses. Some characters will also have an element as their body, which gives them special elemental traits. Colliding the body on another character with that element's weakness will do weakness damage.

Non-elemental Body

  • No weakness.

Elemental Attributes

Fire

Present in: SF1, SF2, SF3

  • Fire attacks will do x2 damage on Wood-element enemies.
  • Elec attacks will do x2 damage on Grass panels and turn them into Normal panels.

Fire Body

Characters with Fire Body will obtain the following traits:

  • Weak to Aqua-element.

Aqua

Present in: SF1, SF2, SF3

  • Aqua attacks will do x2 damage on Fire-element enemies.
  • If an Aqua attack hits an enemy while they're on an Ice panel, they will become frozen and the panel becomes a Normal panel.

Aqua Body

Characters with Aqua Body will obtain the following traits:

  • Weak to Elec-element.

Elec

Present in: SF1, SF2, SF3

  • Elec attacks will do x2 damage on Aqua-element enemies.
  • Elec attacks will do x2 damage on Bubbled enemies.

Elec Body

Characters with Elec Body will obtain the following traits:

  • Weak to Wood-element.

Wood

  • Wood attacks will do x2 damage on Elec-element enemies.

Wood Body

Characters with Wood Body will obtain the following traits:

  • Weak to Fire-element.
  • Recover HP rapidly on Grass panels. If the playable character is in low HP, the recovery will become much slower.
  • Unaffected by Grass panels' short immobilize effect.

Properties

Properties are additional effects to attacks in addition to their element. In MMSF3, the properties are visible on the card next to the elements.

Sword

Present in: SF1, SF2, SF3

  • Sword is a weakness to certain enemies.

Wind

Present in: SF1, SF2, SF3

  • Wind is a weakness to certain enemies.
  • Wind attacks will blow off Barrier-type defense regardless of HP.

Break

Present in: SF1, SF2, SF3

  • Break is a weakness to certain enemies.
  • Break attacks are guard-piercing. They will destroy any obstacles regardless of HP and will do x2 damage on frozen enemies.
