Following the first four games, Rockman EXE 5 is the next Battle Network to be released on Wii U Virtual Console. Next week on September 9th, players in Japan will be able to grab Rockman EXE 5: Team of Blues and Rockman EXE 5: Team of Colonel for the GBA from the Wii U eShop for 702 yen a piece.
As with all the other Virtual Console releases, you’ll be able to receive all chips exclusive to the opposite version, required to 100% clear the game, by simply opening the Comm. menu in-game. Unfortunately, it does not look like BassCross MegaMan, and the BassXX fight by extension, will be available in this version, unlike in Mega Man Battle Network 4’s Virtual Console release.
