This is my third FAQ for this game. The purpose of this FAQ is to list all the prizes of Blue Mystery Waves (BMW) in this game. Blue Mystery Waves are items found in the Wave World. Unlike Green Mystery Waves, BMW usually carry special contents like extra money or rare Battle Cards. However, BMW only appear once so once they're gone, they're gone.
Also, I've decided to list all the rewards for Purple Mystery Waves(PMW). These are different from BMW and are also one-time only. PMW need an Unlocker Sub-Card to open. Don't worry, there are enough free Unlockers in the game for all the PMWs. You never need to buy one. The items in PMW are also tend to be rare.

These are listed in the game's order. It's sort of categorized by area to make it useful. Also just to clarify some terminology, ER stands for EM Wave Road. ES stands for EM Wave Space. Some ESes don't open the first time you encounter them. Sometimes you must complete a certain part of the game first.

There are fewer Purple Mystery Waves out there. Most of them are in ESes. Like I said before, there are enough free Unlockers for as many PMWs out there. You can get Unlockers through job requests, Cipher Mail and Wave Command Cards. Here are all the Purple Mystery Waves in the game.

For those people who like getting everything in the game (like me) this part will be very useful because some Blue Mystery Wave locations can be tricky or unclear. I'll explain the harder ones.
-Zack's Room's Blue Mystery Wave It might be a little difficult to locate. On the ground, you can see that is is over his bed on the top floor, but the Wave Road in his room doens't get you there. You actually have to go through Bud's Room and enter Zack's Room via Wave Road. Check the path on the right and there will be an arrow.
-Bermuda Maze In the Bermuda Maze, there is 1 Blue Mystery Wave in a different map. I have a visual guide of the Bermuda Maze. When you encounter a different type of map, there will be a Blue Mystery Wave. You can miss it, but the next time you encounter that exact same map, the BMW will still be there. However, pick it up and it's gone forever. Plus, there are also lots of free items in some random paths that I also labled in the visual guide.
-Sky Staircase The Sky Staircase has two secret paths. One on the right next to the warp you came in and one in the middle-left. I have a map rip of it if that would help. The first one takes you to a cloaked Hertz that offers you to buy an ability. There is also a Green Mystery Wave next to him. The second one is easier to find if you walk along the wall by holding right on the D-Pad.
-Trans-Dimension 1 The hidden paths here might be tricky. One hidden path is past the first door on the far left. Walk past the upper-right corner to reveal the hidden path. Walk straight until you hit an invisible wall. Then walk left until you find reach the isolated area with the Blue Mystery Wave. The second hidden path is found near the bottom of the map. One of the seemingly useless paths has an opening halfway through it that takes you around half the map. Follow it until you find the tiny block of Wave. That's not it, find the other path until you reach the larger block with the Mystery Wave on it. For some strange reason, there is another small, useless block after that. It server no purpose.
-Trans-Dimension 2 There are two hidden paths here. One is past the 1000LP door. Near the top corner of the block, there is a hidden path that takes you back and past the nearby door. In the floating block is your reward of Spirit Fury *3, instantly topping the earlier door that gave you Spirit Fury *2. The second hidden path is past the door that requires you to have all Standard Cards in your library. The hidden path is on the left and can easily be found by just holding up on the D-Pad. After a simple path, you should find the FM Bracelet.
-Torchere ES and Holy Flame ES They seem like the same thing. However, they are different. The Torchere ES is found on the right in Whazzap Ruins 1. It's the East Torch used in the Terra Condor scenario. This can be opened as soon as you arrive. The Holy Flame is different. This one is the left torch on the pedestal in Whazzap Ruins 2. It's the tall one at the end and can only be opened after you finish the chapter.
-Mu Statue ES The name of this might appear to be misleading. This ES is found at Whazzap. It only opens after finishing the chapter there. You open it as Geo from the back of the statue, then you Pulse In and get into the ES as Megaman in front of it.
-Shephard ES It's very simple to miss because the spot where the ES is isn't easily found. The sheep you must analyze is the white one in between the herd of sheep in Messie's Cove. A boy is standing next to it and this ES opens as soon as you arrive there.

Q: I can't find the hidden path. A: Always walk around the edges. Eventually you should slip into the hidden path and find what you're looking for.
Q: Where do I get Card Finder? A: That isn't on the list, as well as a handful of other items. You get Card Finder on the Whazzap Lines from a Transporting Hertz for having a certain amount of Link Power.
A: What are "Alternate" areas? A: Those are the areas in the secret area of the game. After completing the main story, you must find an item that will open up those areas. Trans-Dimension 1 links to all of them.
